The lowdown
From a hands and knees bounce you tuck your head, turn over forwards in the air and land in a back drop. Later it goes to a seat drop and then to your feet.
It is the usual route into the front somersault. The same turn is landed on the back, then on the seat, then on the feet, and by then it is a somersault.
Tips
Lift your hips as the bed throws you, and tuck your chin in. Stay tucked, then open out for the back drop.
Why it isn't working3 common mistakes
Diving forward off your hands. Send your hips up over your head, not your head along the bed.
Opening out too early. Hold the tuck until you are round onto your back.
Looking up. Keep your chin on your chest from start to finish.

Where it sits
Why it's Gold: Gold because it is the first time you go over forwards: most of a somersault, from your hands and knees round to your back.
