The lowdown
From your feet you rise with your body straight, turn forwards three quarters of a somersault and land in a back drop.
The international code lists it under a plainer name, the three quarter front, and values it at 0.3. Despite the name it is not a dive: the take-off goes up.
Tips
Jump up tall and let the turn be slow; it is not a dive. Hold your body straight and duck your head under only at the end.
Why it isn't working3 common mistakes
Diving forward. Take off upwards with your hips slightly back, as for a front drop.
Piking to hurry the turn. Stay straight and jump stronger instead.
Landing on your neck or shoulders. Wait for the turn to finish and land flat on your upper back with legs up.

Where it sits
Why it's Platinum: Platinum because it is three quarters of a straight front somersault to a back drop. It needs more height than the Gold moves, and the landing comes late and blind.
