Sign in to mark this one off. Every trick you land is kept, and only you can see it.
The lowdown
From a low bounce you land on your hands and knees at the same moment, back flat like a table, and bounce back to your feet.
You will not see it in a competition routine, where the international code allows landings only on the feet, seat, front or back. It is a training step, and the usual way into the front drop.
Tips
Start from a very low bounce and land your hands and knees together, not one after the other. Look at the end of the trampoline, not down at the bed, so your back stays level.
Why it isn't working3 common mistakes
Knees landing before hands. Tip forward a little more at the top so all four points land together.
Sitting back onto your heels. Keep your hips above your knees and your back flat.
Looking down. Keep your eyes on the end deck so your back stays level.

Where it sits
Why it's Bronze: Bronze because it is a small drop onto four points from a low bounce. It is the step coaches use before a front drop.
