The lowdown
From a low bounce you land flat on your front, hips where your feet took off, arms bent in a diamond in front of your face, then push back to your feet.
A front drop is a quarter of a forward somersault, and the international code values it that way: 0.1, the same as any other quarter turn.
Tips
Push your hips back a little as you jump and stretch out flat; do not dive forward. Look at the end of the trampoline to keep yourself level. Your hips should land where your feet were.
Why it isn't working4 common mistakes
Diving forward. Kick your legs back and let your hips land on the cross.
Dropping the shoulders so the chest lands first. Keep your eyes on the end deck and land everything together.
Knees landing first. Stretch your legs out straight before you reach the bed.
Hands out wide or elbows straight. Keep your elbows bent and flat on the bed, hands overlapping in front of your face.

Where it sits
Why it's Silver: Silver because it is only a quarter turn forward. It is simple to describe, but it has to land flat all at once, and a dive spoils it.
