Someone who knows the trick, ready to catch you.
The lowdown
From a back drop with your legs up, you pull your knees over your head as the bed throws you, turn over backwards and land on your feet.
From your back round to your feet is three quarters of a back somersault, and the international code values it at 0.3, a tenth for each quarter.
Tips
Land the back drop a little past flat, legs high, and pull your knees over your face. Stay tucked until you see the bed, then put your feet down.
Why it isn't working3 common mistakes
Landing the back drop flat, legs low. Keep your legs up and hips rolling over, or there is no backward turn to use.
Opening out early. Stay small until your feet are under you.
Landing on your knees. Pull harder and a little longer.
