The lowdown
From a seat drop you push up until you are nearly standing in the air, turn half way and land in a second seat drop facing the other end.
It is one of the first moves a trampolinist learns that goes from one body landing to another without touching down on the feet in between.
Tips
Get up to vertical with straight legs before you turn. When you can see the other end of the trampoline, lift your legs in front for the second seat drop. Keep your legs straight the whole way and swing them under you, never tuck them.
Why it isn't working4 common mistakes
Twisting too early. Push up and wait; an early twist turns you around the wrong axis and you land sideways.
Bending your knees to get the legs through. Reach your arms up so your hips lift and straight legs can pass under you.
Swinging the legs round the side. Send the legs down and through underneath you, not out around.
Not enough lift from the first seat drop. Push hard through your hands and reach up.

Where it sits
Why it's Silver: Silver because it packs a seat drop, a half twist through standing and a second seat drop into one bounce, all of it upright.
