Seat Drop Half Twist to Feet
Sign in to mark this one off. Every trick you land is kept, and only you can see it.
The lowdown
A seat drop that pushes up and turns half way round on the way back to your feet.
It is the first half of swivel hips done on its own: the push out of the seat and the turn, without the second seat drop.
Tips
Do a good seat drop first, then reach one arm up more strongly into the direction you turn. Let your body straighten fully, because the twist speeds up as you straighten. Keep your arms up as you land if another move follows.
Why it isn't working3 common mistakes
Twisting before you have left the bed. Push up first, then turn as you straighten.
Staying bent at the hips. Stand up tall in the air; a straight body twists cleanly.
Landing leaning to one side. Reach straight up, not across your body.

Where it sits
Why it's Silver: Silver because the twist starts from the push out of the seat drop, not from your feet, which is a new feeling.
