Half Twist to Seat Drop
Sign in to mark this one off. Every trick you land is kept, and only you can see it.
The lowdown
A half twist jump that lands in a seat drop facing the other way, then returns to your feet.
It is the second half of swivel hips done on its own. Put it after a seat drop half twist to feet and the two join into that move.
Tips
Finish the half twist while you are still tall, then lift your legs for the seat drop. Land in the same seat drop shape as always: back upright, legs straight, hands by your hips.
Why it isn't working3 common mistakes
Still twisting as you land. Complete the turn at the top of the jump, before the legs come up.
Lifting the legs too early. Stay straight through the twist; a bent body twists off line.
Landing off the cross. Go back to the half twist jump on its own and get it on the spot.

Where it sits
Why it's Silver: Silver because it joins two things already learnt, and the twist has to be finished before the seat lands.
