Tips
Why it isn't working4 common mistakes
Hopping too late. Pop about a bike and a half before the kerb; a late hop catches the front wheel.
Hopping as high as you can. Just enough height to land on top and keep rolling; extra height wastes your balance.
Landing with straight legs. Land slightly compressed so your knees soak up the drop and the bike keeps moving.
Coasting in at flat-hop speed. Put in one extra crank so you still have speed once you are on top.

Where to practise
Street tricks want ledges and rails. find spots with ledges near you →
Where it sits
Why it's Easy: It is the bunny hop with a target and a timing. The hop itself is unchanged; what is new is judging the distance to the edge and landing soft enough to keep rolling.
