The lowdown
The manual, flipped: rolling forward on the front wheel with the back end lifted behind you.
Nose manual into a bunny hop out is a classic line-ender on flatground.
Tips
Why it isn't working4 common mistakes
Lunging your weight forward. Ease onto the front wheel bit by bit; a lunge sends you over the bars.
Front foot too far back. Push it right up to the headtube so you have leverage over the front wheel.
Straight arms, stiff body. Bend the elbows and knees a little so you can make small corrections.
Bailing forwards. When it tips, drop the back wheel and step off behind; never dive over the bars.

Where to practise
Flat tricks want smooth flat ground. find spots with flat near you →
Where it sits
Why it's Spicy: A manual balances over the wheel that steers; this one balances over the wheel that does not. The balance point is smaller and forward of your hands, so the fall is over the bars.
