The lowdown
Tips
Jump up, not forward. Keep the bars steady with one hand if you need the confidence.
Why it isn't working4 common mistakes
Jumping forward off the deck. Push straight up from the middle of the deck so the scooter keeps its line.
Pushing on the tail as you leave. Take off from flat feet; pressing the tail or nose sends the deck off course.
Losing sight of the scooter. Watch the deck roll under the bar and land on its middle.
Rolling in too slowly. Carry enough speed that the scooter is still moving when you come down.

Where to practise
Flat tricks want smooth flat ground. find spots with flat near you →
Where it sits
Why it's Easy: It is the bunny hop with the deck left behind. Simpler than it looks because the scooter does nothing clever, but you must trust it to keep rolling under you.
