The lowdown
Tips
Commit to your speed before the run-up ends. Slowing down mid-approach is what causes casing.
Why it isn't working4 common mistakes
Slowing down on the run-up. Pick your speed before the run-up and hold it all the way to the lip.
Popping too late. Hop a stride before the edge so you are already rising when you leave it.
Looking down at the gap. Look at the landing spot; where your eyes go, your wheels go.
Landing stiff on the front wheel. Land both wheels together with bent knees and roll out.

Why it's Easy: The hop is one you already own; what is new is that you cannot stop halfway. Easy on a small gap, but the commitment is real, which is why someone should be watching.
