One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.

There is no minimum age. If you are young enough that your country wants a parent or guardian to approve the account, we ask for that when you sign up, and until it is given the account can only track your own riding. The privacy policy sets out exactly what that leaves you able to do.

One exception: if you are in the United States and under 13, we cannot give you an account at all.

Land The Trick describes tricks. It does not teach you to do them safely and it cannot judge whether you are ready for one.

Wear the right kit for your sport. On wheels, that means a helmet. Learn the difficulty 4 and 5 tricks into foam or resi with someone watching, and gymnastics tricks with a coach or a spotter, on proper matting.

You do this at your own risk. Skate parks, street spots and gyms have their own rules and you have to follow those.

You own your notes and everything you track. You give us permission to store them and show them back to you inside the app.

A video you link to has to be yours to share. We do not hold the video, so we cannot take it down, only the link here. If a link points at something that should not be on Land The Trick we will remove the link and, where it matters, the account.

Nothing illegal, nothing abusive, nothing that puts other members at risk. We will remove content and close accounts that break this.

The spots on our map come from members and from public data. The public sources each ask to be named, and some ask for the date their data was taken. Here they are.

The map itself is drawn by OpenFreeMap from OpenMapTiles, using OpenStreetMap data. That credit sits on the map, in its bottom corner, where the tile licence asks for it.

None of this makes a spot a promise. Public data goes out of date, parks close and rules change, and we say so on the map as well as here: check before you travel.

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access until the period ends.

Whoever pays has to be 18 or over. Members under 16 cannot buy a plan inside the app. The upgrade goes to a parent or guardian by email instead.

Your tracked tricks and badges stay yours if you drop back to the free plan. Tricks above the free tier become read only rather than being deleted.

Adding video links is part of the paid plans, and each plan says how many. Links you already added stay where they are if you drop back to the free plan. You just cannot add another until you are back on a paid one.

Badges and stages are earned, never sold. No plan will ever buy you an achievement.

The trick library, challenges and badges change over time. We will tell you in the app when something meaningful changes.

If we ever shut the service down we will give you notice and a way to export what you have tracked.
